PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICES

INITIAL CONSULT- 1.5 HRS

In this 1 on 1 session, we will have a discussion of where you are at in terms of your movement, your lifestyle and where you realistically would like to get to. We will also discuss all current, past pains and injuries.

This personal training session involves a posture assessment with photos and a gait analysis through video which will be best conducted on a treadmill.

We will then continue on to myofascial release techniques. This will ensure that any adhesions in the fascia and muscles get a fast track start to becoming more efficient, less painful, hydrated and operating in a trouble free fashion.

We will then progress onto corrective exercise techniques and posture correction. This will be specifically applied to where you are at. After that, I will map out suggestions of what we need to do next to progress.



 

1 ON 1 SESSION - 1 HR

Following the initial consult will be 1 on 1 personal training. We will build on the corrective exercise techniques, focusing on posture, core strength and glute strength; the 3 pillars of good posture. While we build on these, we will develop strength, stability, body awareness, power, balance, coordination and aesthetics and a better mood will definitely come along as a bi-product of training in a more efficient way.

Sessions are available in person at the gym at Zoo Fitness Penrith, my personal training studio in Penrith, or online through zoom.
